What is a BAR GRAPH?
Is a graphical display of data using bars of different heights.
What are bar graphs for?
They are used to compare things between different groups, or to track changes over time.
Bar graphs make it easy to compare sets of data visually.
Elements of a bar graphic:
Horizontal axis / Vertical axis / Title
Horizontal axis: usually shows names, dates, places, categories.
Vertical axis: usually shows numbers, values.
The goal is to show the relationship between the two axis.
